A climactic moment in Johannes Brahms' Clarinet Quintet in rehearsal yesterday - join us on Monday night, December 2, at @unosota at 7:30 PM to hear this whole masterpiece, paired with Béla Bartók's "Contrasts" for Clarinet, Violin, and Piano, all FREE and open to the public.

For this Winter Recital we are joined by @lpomusic Principal Clarinetist @shaquillesouthwell and @nocca.nola piano faculty @melodiegloria with a Pre-Concert Talk and Q&A at 7 PM by @crescentcitycmf Artistic Director @lukewfleming - you don't want to miss this!

Coming up in just three weeks - the Lott Quartet is back at @unosota for its Winter Recital as Ensemble-in-Residence!

On Monday night, December 2, we are joined by @lpomusic Principal Clarinetist @shaquillesouthwell and @nocca.nola faculty member Liliia Oliinyk for a program of masterworks by Johannes Brahms and Béla Bártok, all in the stellar acoustic of the UNO Performing Arts Center.

This concert is free and open to the public, so mark your calendars - we hope to see you there!

The Lott Quartet is rocking a new lineup of player

The Lott Quartet is rocking a new lineup of players, and will perform its first public concert in this formation for the @crescentcitycmf 's 2024 Spring Concert this coming Tuesday!

Please come and join us at @rayne_memorial_ at 7 PM Tuesday, March 26 for Haydn's Seven Last Words of Christ. Whether or not you are religious, this epic piece is a powerful, emotional work of musical drama. It will be performed in complete darkness, and preceded by a pre-concert talk by Lott Quartet violist @lukewfleming , all FREE and open to the public.

We really enjoyed last week's recital at @unosota - the crowd absolutely loved Beethoven's challenging Große Fuge, and it was great to see how audiences' ears have changed so much since its underwhelming debut in 1826!

Thanks to everyone who came out and made this concert possible, and we will look forward to seeing you again next season ❤️
